Process

What to expect when we work together.

No complicated phases or huge documents — just a clear path from “we need a site” to “we’re live”.

  1. Discovery (30–45 minutes). We hop on a call or swap a few emails about your business, goals, and timeline. I’ll ask about your ideal customers, what’s working now, and what isn’t.
  2. Scope & quote. I send a short summary with recommended tier, pages, rough sitemap, and a fixed price. If it looks good, we pick a start week and I send over basics (invoice, simple agreement).
  3. Content & design direction. You share any existing copy, photos, and branding. I help refine the structure and write missing pieces so the site feels focused and clear.
  4. Build. I build the site using a lean, static-friendly stack tailored to your project (things like Cloudflare Pages and Firebase where needed). You get a private preview link.
  5. Feedback & revisions. We do 1–2 rounds of adjustments on layout, copy, and details until it feels right.
  6. Launch. I connect your domain, set up analytics, and test the site on modern browsers/devices. Your contact forms go to your inbox from day one.
  7. Support. After launch, I’m available for tweaks, new sections, or ongoing updates — either ad hoc or via a simple support plan.
